50 hour FSQ Tech IQF Responsible for inspecting all final products on the IQF line and making sure that all quality assurance specifications are fully met.
Essential Functions:
Monitor product quality Test weight, temperature, and perforations of sample pattiesevery 30 minutes Check weight of 10 boxes every hour Check metal detectorevery 30 minutes Verify printer codes every hour Pull sample patties for bacteria samples every 15 minutes; Code date and time collected on the bag Count number of patties in one box per line per hour Check scale tare every hour Visually inspect 2 boxes per line for properly stacked patties, folded box lines,and box seals every 30 minutes.
Pull sample of four patties per line per hour to send to the Foodmaker labs; Code date and time collected, weight and thickness Communicate with line operators and line supervisors when products or equipment do not meet the target quality requirements in order that appropriate actions may be taken Maintain all requiredrecords and documents Responsibilities Keep work area clean and free of clutter and debris Follow all food safety (GMP) and generalsafety guidelines Complete other tasks as assigned Basic Job Requirements Stand and work in a cold environment for 10
