Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Food Runner to join our team.
As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for delivering food orders from the kitchen to the customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the appropriate tables or customers - Ensure accuracy and completeness of food orders before delivery - Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth flow of food service - Assist with food preparation and plating when needed - Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, including dining areas and service stations - Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing any customer inquiries or concerns - Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations - Assist with banquet or catering events as required
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required - Knowledge of culinary terminology and basic food handling procedures - Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Hospitality or guest services experience is a plus Please note that all positions at our company are paid, including internships.
